'Unglaublich tolles Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern jeweils mit eigener Sauna und zusätzlich noch einer großen Sauna mit Whirlpools direkt am See. Frühstück unglaublich gut und sehr abwechslungsreich. Anlage top gepflegt und sehr schön gelegen. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Das Gourmet-Restaurant ist auch sehr zu empfehlen, das Abendessen war sehr gut.'

'Very relaxed stay. We had a room in the hotel section on the third floor with great view which was clean and nicely decorated. Personnel was friendly and helpful. We arrived after the reception was closed, so we picked up the room keys in the bar without hassle. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices. We visited the lake spa in the morning. 'The room felt cramped. There was plenty of hanging space but nowhere to sit. Small shower cubicle. Hairdryer fixed in the bathroom - personally i much prefer to use a Hairdryer in the room. There was a shelf/ table area and another lower wooden bench/ shelf which we used to put our stuff on and wouldn't have been a comfy place to sit anyway. Breakfast was good - lots of choice - hot and cold options. Left to help ourselves. Noone greeted us when we arrived for Breakfast although the staff were...

'Our room was very comfortable and light. The helpful reception staff allowed us to check in an hour or two early, which we appreciated. We had a nice dinner in the on-site restaurant, and enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well. Koli is a lovely spot, highly recommended, and you couldn't do much better than staying at the Koli Kyla hotel for your visit.'

'No reception means it is difficult to get advice on parking, restaurants and other local facilities. Clean and neat. But very impersonal.'
