'Great way to keep kids burning calories, and fun to relax as well. The fog generator in the cavern by the bar is amazing, but wish slides were all open and more unique fog was available. '

'The management should provide parking permits in the room upon checkin. The first three days we were not provided with permit and we got a notice that the car will be towed out. And we were told by management to go use a public parking nearby. This was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. There was plenty of parking spots in front of us, but with permit. We were told to pick up permit in the office, but the office was always closed. On day 3 after much talk and complain we got the permit....

'Wij werden ontvangen door Patrick met zijn gulle lach, een lekker lavendel watertje en ijskoud doekje. Het personeel in de Andaz is erg service gericht en vriendelijk. Het hotel heeft een mooi decor. De locatie fantastisch, met strand voor de deur. Erg relaxte sfeer. Andere hotels in Wailea zijn veel drukker. Klein minpuntje - prijzen van de drankjes, eten etc, dit geldt voor heel Wailea.'
