'Rachel (the property owner) is the BEST! The car I rented couldn’t get up the steep driveway and she was there immediately to offer help. The views from the house are spectacular. We spent most of our time outside because there is a nice breeze off the ocean. I can hear howler monkeys. '

'First, the place had tons of charm. A round house on a creek - how cool! Lots of outdoor seating with lots of lush foliage and wildlife. We got to watch a sloth climbing a tree not 200 meters from the house. We didn’t grill out, but the grilling area was awesome and Arthur provided a bag of charcoal to get the party started.Second, and most important, Arthur is a phenomenal communicator. 'I brought several people to Panama for an entomology research project I am conducting with the University of Panama and Mississippi State University, and we stayed for a week in this fantastic home. I had people from Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and Canada. They were extremely glad I was able to get this home for part of their stay in Panama. '

'We have had a very nice stay at the house of Jim. Thanks again. Really enjoyed al of it. It is really a place at the and of the world. No shops no entertainment but natur. You have to like it and we did. Nice snorkeling in front of the house.'
