'They gave us a room with a broken refrigerator that can’t be fixed as they told us later, no phone connection to the reception, broken TV, and rude staff. When we asked to be transferred to another room with better view, the reception staff were not accepting that until they sent someone to try to fix all these issues. 'Room service was poor, and the breakfast and coffee were honestly some of the worst I’ve had in Bosnia. The hotel is advertised as “close to the center,” but reaching it requires hiking up a steep mountain, which is not practical for most travelers. On top of that, they charged me 25 EUR for a lost key — nearly the cost of a full night — which is excessive. I wouldn’t stay here again.'
