'I have been to many hotels in spokane and this one is my favorite. Is not super expensive, check in is no hassle, super easy, didn't get bothered during my stay, and when i go there, it feels homey. It's very comfortable and clean and i always so stay there. '

'The communication with the owner was great. There is a lot of space in each level of the home. The pool was amazing and big, like a hotel size, along with everything that went with the pool.They are still doing some upgrades, but other than that, very nice place and would stay there again. In fact, this was my sister's second time there. Thank you for your hospitality. '

'Beautiful property on the lake. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and hanging out at the outside areas. Definitely would book again!'

'A clean, comfortable apartment situated in an older neighborhood. House keeping amenities in good condition. A busy street adds to daytime noise. Off street parking was a plus. '

'Im surprise with how comfortable i was. Definitely had a at home vybz for me. Kitchen stayed clean the room was clean and cozy. Place was peaceful at night.Bathroom was nice the shower is spacious, the floor of the shower Definitely needs to be clean, had that slimy feeling to it. Other than that the place is amazing 2 kitchens washer and dryer available. Will recommend. '

'This house is the perfect place if you have a family that loves to spend time together but also enjoys their space. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are great places to gather for a chat and the bedrooms allow personal time. We were there for a graduation so the location was great due to the proximity to downtown and the airport. The neighborhood was quiet.'

'This is a very small property indoors. The bathroom is a bit cramped with the washer & dryer in there, however, a combo washer dryer has been installed in the kitchen. There are only enough dishes for 4 people, but otherwise it has most everything you need for cooking. There were other guests staying next door and we made quick friends with them. The large backyard space is shared. We enjoyed a lovely BBQ with family in the back area. Beautiful view.'

'Decsription indicates will sleep 7-8, and it will with a bit of flexibility. The description of the beds, other than in the bedrooms is a bit uninformative. There is a single fold out bed and two full size couches in the living room, we also found a single size foam pad and a mattress in the closets, and bedding. There are lots of closets and the old residence has been lovingly restored to maintain the old charm. '

'This was a great little get away spot for us. 2 good sized bedrooms and a comfy living room. Host was quick to respond when we could not get in (our fault). Front door was a little sticky to open but it had been raining a lot. Nice bathroom and a good hot shower! Kitchen had needed appliances for us. If anyone is a coffee drinker like us they have a 5 cup coffee pot. Stairs were not an issue for us and lights turned on as we went down them at night.'

'The property and house were beautiful. Its a cute little place tucked away from the city. Feels like your in the woods but footsteps away from the city a 10/10 for us enjoyed watchi g the turkeys and rabbits in the morning '

"Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "
