'Jenny, We arrived at the residence, I was really impressed with the cleanliness, neighborhood. It felt right at home. We had the bridal rehearsal party at the residence and it was a hit! My grandson was elated and really enjoyed the party. That is exactly what we were looking for. The place was big enough as we thought it would be. I was born and raised in Wichita many, many years ago and brought back a lot of memories. Thank you, Thank you.....'

'We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.'

'This home is a wonderful place to stay! Great location in a safe neighborhood. There was so much to do, we spent far more time at the house than expected. Even my grandpa joined in a game of pool. '

'The home was in a nice safe area, the perfect central location to Wichita and all of the big basketball gyms. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It had a small kitchen to cook for my team. Had a large dining table for everyone to eat together. The kids had a big TV to watch in the living area with plenty of seating. It easily sleeps 6 people, maybe up to 8 if you are creative. The air conditioning was frosty cold. There was a nice washer and dryer to keep our towels fresh all the time. Several nice parks...

'My 13 year old daughter and I booked a weekend getaway to see one of our favorite artists. As a mom having a safe place was key for my selection. Knowing that Fran and Larry were right there if we needed anything was the reassurance I needed! Keypad entry was super easy, and the apartment was perfect and cozy. They live in a quiet little neighborhood in the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of downtown, convenient to all amenities. Highly recommend! '
