'Crazy bad hotel, maybe the people who run it can't handle it all alone. A big shame to be called super 8 by Wyndham. I smashed the cockroach in the morning with my shoe. This hotel needs urgent attention to improve, would better close it down for a complete renovation.'

'My only issue was waiting 45 mins to check in. I tried to do the app check in but wouldn’t work. A concert was across the street so they know it would be busy. Priority Hilton line people would keep coming. Suggestions would be for one person to check in priority and the other 2 check in normal line. Jaiden texted and checked in and asked and I told her and she apologized and gave us $25 credit towards food. Which is fine but fixing the problem would be better. Make it so you can check in on...
