'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'I stayed at this hotel for 8 days. The customer service both during the day and evenings were top notch. Were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Ashley works during the day and is the nicest person ever and fulfilled our requests and made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel itself is very clean and maintained very well. 'The website states that they have cribs available and they don’t have them. We also had 2 rooms and one of the rooms smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled like urine. The other room was clean.'
