'Rooms were dirty and smelled of stale smoke. We had ants in the bathroom and the shower curtain rod was falling down. I Askes to be moved to another room which they did without hesitation. But that room was also smelles of stale smoke and also was much cleaner. Will not be staying here on my next visit to Chattanooga'

'I was traveling to Texas for work and stayed at this hotel twice in one week. Both times the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was outstanding with food always hot and delicious. The coffee was always available throughout the day and night. This hotel is a great location, right off the highway and located near a mall, shopping, and multiple restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when traveling through Chattanooga. '

'Room was clean and didn’t feel cramped. My spouse didn’t get to enjoy the free breakfast which was a reason for choosing this hotel so that he could eat before work. For some reason there was a delay and he had to leave for work before they opened it up.'

'Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. '
