'Needed a good night's sleep after a long day of traveling. The bed was as hard as the floor. Also the toilet was loose .'

'The elevator was not working, we had to stay in a handicapped room, ask for a blanket none was available. The desk clerk didn't know what he was doing. My aunt wanted to move to cost of her room to our stay because she would have to walk stairs up 4 flight of stairs but the clerk didn't know how how to process that exchange. Breakfast was very good.'

'Bed mattresses were soft, but didn’t cause sleeping issues.'

'When I checked in, the person checking me in was too busy talking to someone on their ear pods that the only thing she said to me was asking for my ID. My card key would not work and had to go back twice and she finally activated another card and walked with me to the door to make sure it worked. The room I found out later had small flies and spiders in it. I didn’t realize it until the next day because I was so tired fr driving. I had a funeral to go to was the only reason I didn’t check...

'The building is under maintenance in the main lobby so you have to walk/drive down to the echonolodge but if you really think about it it was a great walk from the rooms on top the hill to the bottom and back in the mountain area. The lady we spoke too to check in was so nice and chatty and the room was just as a hotel should be. Clean towels and the ac was on when we arrived, the balcony had the most beautiful view of the Great Smokey Mountains, and the beds were nice and bug and stain free....
