'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'The staff was just incredibly nice. The only thing I would suggest is a way to tip housekeepers electronically. No one carries cash anymore and a lot of hotels offer this option.'

'This is a Hotel from the early 20th century. It has wonderful character. It doesn't have AC but does not really need it due to being up in the mountains at about 3500 ft. a room fan and open window was more than adequate. We had small issue with a smoke detector battery getting low and the detector started chirping at 4 in the moring. They don't have over night staff so it was fixed in the morning while we were out and fixed by noon. They do have a weekend breakfast that was very good. ...

'The rooms are pretty spacious and clean. The pillows were hard for my liking, I would bring my own. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. When you asked a question they acted like you were stupid for asking then they were very vague about answering. They seemed very bothered. The Stone lodge the outdoor pool area with two big slides and one little toddler area was all that was open at the time we went, the rest was under construction.
