'Very cozy and great place to stay! We really enjoyed sleeping here during our family visit during Thanksgiving week. Jerry was very communicative and easy to work with. We had zero problems or complaints with the unit. As advertised, will come back!'

'Great area, especially if you are into outdoors activities and visiting. Right next to the outdoor center where you can rent bikes and scooters. A little farther of a walk to downtown than I wanted. But all in all still doable and a great location.'

Wasn’t prepared to not being able to flush tp, had to throw away in trash can. Also not prepared for no warm water. Should be noted in the online description for guests to prepare for. Overall, we made it work and had an enjoyable experience.'

'Our experience on the houseboat was exceptional! The boat is in wonderful shape and made the perfect venue for our family during a University of Tennessee football weekend. We had plenty of space, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooftop party deck was a huge highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.
