'An excellent place, all the staff very friendly and attentive, very comfortable rooms, quality beach service. My only suggestion is perhaps to add smoking areas, since on several occasions we had to share closed-off spaces with air conditioning and people smoking. I found it a bit unpleasant. I recommend Zel as a good place for vacation.'

'Het inchecken vergt slechts een minimum van administratie en is in 1-2-3 tellen geregeld. Alle etenswaren en alcoholische dranken zijn van top-kwaliteit. Bijv in het buffet restaurant kan kreeft, king-crab legs zoveel als je wilt gegeten worden. Aan de bar zijn top whiskeys en rum bij de prijs inbegrepen. De suite die we hadden, was ruim en voorzien van een jacuzzi en een jungle-douche, de mini-bar was goed gevuld met een ruime keuze van drankjes.'
