'Het inchecken vergt slechts een minimum van administratie en is in 1-2-3 tellen geregeld. Alle etenswaren en alcoholische dranken zijn van top-kwaliteit. Bijv in het buffet restaurant kan kreeft, king-crab legs zoveel als je wilt gegeten worden. Aan de bar zijn top whiskeys en rum bij de prijs inbegrepen. De suite die we hadden, was ruim en voorzien van een jacuzzi en een jungle-douche, de mini-bar was goed gevuld met een ruime keuze van drankjes.'

'We came to Excellence El Carmen for our honeymoon! We had one initial hiccup with some racists, less than classy wannabe African American gangster guys and wives. It was like stare down and intimidation for hours just because my Caucasian husband was happy and dancing. 'Wij hebben een leuk vakantie gehad in dit hotel. Eten was echt niet goed en niet variërend. Wij hebben 3 a la carte restaurants bezocht waaronder “ star rock cafe, “ mexicano” en “ frans restaurant”, enkel mexicaans was goed. Zee was te veel, je kan er wel in zwemmen maar echt veel( dit verschilt van week tot week), echt geen variatie in het eten en weinig keuze voor een volboekt hotel.
