'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

'Het eten en service zijn top en vooral Felix bij strand was super behulpzaam en de jongens van entertainment. Min punt is dat de zee veel water golvend is en beetje vies van de algen maar wel mooie witte zand en dat houd ik van. '

'Ik zocht een eenvoudig, vertrouwd, rustig, maar goed verzorgd hotelletje met ontbijt en wifi. Als uitvalsbasis voor mezelf en mijn zoon van tien jaar voor onze eerste echte vader-zoon vakantie. We kregen er een Italiaans restaurant bij die heerlijke gerechten serveert. Prima keuken en als je bij een tussenstop op Charles de Gaulle een kartonnen pizza, een loempiaatje met bijna alleen bladerdeeg als ingrediënt voorgeschoteld heb gekregen en een colaatje voor vier euro en je bent totaal 26 euro...

'The hotel is extremely clean, very comfortable beds! Great for families, lots to do! Although not a part of the all inclusive package the kids played laser tag, bowling, and experienced the surf pool. As part of the all inclusive they loved the lazy river, water park and ice cream shop!! The kids club had a trampoline park (need jump socks) and they loved it. The beach is absolutely stunning, white sand and clear water! The staff was courteous and animated. Guedy and Humberto were great at check...

'The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure you are enjoy your time at the resort. My wife and I had a great time, we are looking forward to our next stay. While all the staff is very attentive and friendly, Mayordomo Rafael, the bartenders Jorge, Eric, and Ismael were standouts for us. Top notch service, no complaints!'
