'Hotel is fine but most friendly staff was most friendly of our entire 2 week travel in US.'

'The Wachapreague Inn is a quaint, local treasure that is quiet and clean. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The room was clean, the beds were soft, and they have great hot water! The town itself is very small and quiet. We were only in town for one night, but we hope to come back another time to stay longer and explore.'

'Very peaceful. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was great.'

'We loved staying here. It was very unfortunate the restaurant was closed when we were there but there were many other good options within walking distance. The hotel was clean, charming, homey, and we loved the decor and overall vibe of the place. This was my favorite place to stay on our trip and I hope we can visit and stay again someday.'

'I have spent more than three years of my life in hotels and this is the worst experience I have ever had. The outside looked deserted - I thought the hotel was closed. It turns out the ownership had changed since I made my reservation. It was not honored. Why? 'Wonderful staff, clean rooms. The owners helped me out with a ride when I got separated from my van. Couldn’t believe how kind. Looking forward to going back.'

'The room was semi clean and in a good spot but the bed linens were strange. The comforter felt like wax paper. The floors turned my socks black but the bathroom was clean. Our tub backed up with what smelled like sewage but they moved us right away. No carts to move all our luggage and food which was annoying. No coffee maker in room. Tv was weird. Good for a night that’s about all'

'A wonderful B&B in a quiet area with an amazing seaside view and private beach'

'The room is a good size. The kitchenette is a nice feature. The bed was comfortable. A bit worn overall though. Close to Cape Charles historic district'

'De kamers waren in orde. Koelkastje en eigenlijk alles wat hè nodig hebt. Het pand zelf ziet er beetje verwaarloosd uit. De reling van het balkon is hier en daar kapot, niet geheel veilig. Het ontbijt is naar onze Europese begrippen erg matig. De ijsblokjes machine deed het wel maar zag er vies uit. '
