'Perfect '

'I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.'

'Super Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal im Hotel, schöne Zimmer - einzig, dass der Strand nur mit Aufpreis buchbar ist war nicht gut beschrieben und hat zu Verwirrungen geführt'

'Owner was so friendly and accommodating. Facilities were just lovely. Self service bar outside was well stocked. Food was delicious. Transportation provided to and from town. Cannot say enough about this place. Excellent!!'

'Hatten eine schöne. Wir haben uns in eines der Hütten einquartiert. Alles war vorhanden. Sauberkeit war eher mittel. Doppelbett war klein. Wir haben die Standardhütte gebucht, würde ggfls. die etwas teuren buchen, wegen mehr komfort. Ansonsten ist das umliegende Campingplatz sehr gut besucht und bietet eine Sanitäranlage (Duschen, WC, Waschmaschine). Waren für zwei Nächte dort.'

'Fabulous hotel with all the required amenities; nice spa and outdoor/indoor pool, phenomenal access to the beach/Adriatic sea; great chairs/beach towels; beautifully landscaped property. Spacious room with spectacular views. Excellent breakfast. Access to the extensive boardwalk in Opatija. Amazing value for money.'

'Medewerker inchecken ok. Barman was niet zo vriendelijk. Strand was geen zandstrand, maar keien.'
