'I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.'

'Fijn hotel op een gezellige locatie dichtbij winkels en de zee. Onze kamer was keurig en compleet, op zolder waarbij de ramen helaas iets te hoog zaten. Supergoed ontbijt! Echt een heel leuk hotel.'
