This hostel is 10 minutes from the airport, but not in a location you want to walk in. We arrived late, had a safe place to sleep and left early and it was fine for that. 'The place was a little sketchy from the outside and even in the entry, but our room, beds, and bathroom were very clean. The taxi from the airport was 45 sols, which is the minimum charge for a taxi. It was a typical Lima area. There was a large shopping complex, just down a block, that included a store similar to a Walmart supercenter, and one similar to Home Depot, as well as a food court and some other shops. Was worth the cheap price to be close to the airport. '

'Erica, Julia and Julio were kind and attentive hosts. Erica speaks English very well and gave me a tour around Lima. The room was clean and I was provided warm blankets (winter). They provided a breakfast of coffee, olives, fried plantains and bread. I felt secure and taken care of.'
