'Highly recommend staying here while in the Lake Naivasha area. Patrick and his staff were such wonderful, warm and inviting hosts. It was a pleasure to stay at this cozy home. The breakfast that was served was one of our favorite and flavorful meals in Kenya. Thank you again ! '

'While all staff were very welcoming and kind, several requests went unattended. The wait time for a service request was long and a lost item of mine took 2 days to return to me from the managers office. The coffee was instant and that is disappointing given Kenyan coffee is so delicious.
We were given no instructions on how to get hot water to our shower either and only discovered this after a couple of cold showers.'

'L'hôtel est idéalement situé, dans un endroit calme entouré d'arbres et de fleurs, tout en étant proche du centre-ville et des lieux à visiter. L'accueil est chaleureux, les services sont excellents, et l'établissement est bien entretenu et propre. Même si nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine pendant quelques jours en raison d'une panne, l'hôtel a fait un geste commercial en nous offrant un petit-déjeuner. La piscine a été rapidement remise en service, parfaitement entretenue et agréable....

'When we arrived they didn't have any knowledge of our booking, even though we'd already paid. Eventually they found our booking but the room we booked wasn't available for the first night so we were downgraded for the first night. We pushed and they offered us free dinner to compensate.
The standard room is quite small and doesn't have a mosquito net. The executive room is much bigger and has a mosquito net.
