This beautifully positioned beachfront home has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of its extraordinary location. Inside, the layout is open and welcoming, with polished concrete floors flowing throughout the living and bathroom spaces, creating a relaxed coastal feel that’s both stylish and practical. Large sliding doors frame uninterrupted ocean views and open directly onto the deck, where a few steps lead you straight onto the sand.

The sleeping configuration is ideal for families or groups, offering a king bed, a queen bed, and three single beds set up in a fun and functional triple-bunk arrangement. The bathroom is modern and spacious, designed to handle sandy feet and salty swims with ease.

At the heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen featuring induction and gas cooktops, an oven, generous bench space and all the essentials needed to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to long, shared dinners. The open-plan living and dining area is light-filled and comfortable, perfect for gathering after a day by the water.

Outside is where the magic continues. A private hot tub overlooks the beach, offering the perfect place to relax after a swim or coastal walk. There’s also a barbecue area for easy outdoor meals and an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off salt and sand before heading back inside. A separate beach shed provides handy storage for beach gear, keeping the main house clutter-free. With ducted heating and cooling throughout, the home remains comfortable year-round, no matter the season.

A car is recommended to make the most of the area and surrounding attractions. Parking is available on the gravel area above the property, with space to reverse in or park as needed while allowing traffic to pass. Local buses service the broader region, and Hobart CBD is an easy drive away for dining, shopping and sightseeing. Taxis, Uber and car hire are also readily available in Hobart.

This is a quiet beachfront neighbourhood, so parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted. Smoking and pets are not allowed. The road leading to the property is narrow, so care is required when driving and parking. Please follow the hot tub guidelines provided to keep the water clean and enjoyable for everyone.
