'Great location and property. There’s construction happening across the street so a few mornings we woke up to banging. Also, my card was charged a couple times for incidental holds. I told the manager and they stopped them immediately, however still unsure why multiple holds at different rates. Overall we would stay again.'

'Bespoke is a unique option - a cross between a small hotel and lovely, private cottage at the quiet, walkable edge of the Scottsdale art district. The shaded courtyard was a soothing spot to have a morning coffee and watch the doves and hummingbirds come to drink at the fountain. Fresh flowers and supplies for a pour-over hot drink gave a cozy feel to the interior.'

'Awesome location, few minutes to the old town have many restaurants and shop. As well as the Fashion Mall. Hotel has free laundry faculties and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the free hot buffet breakfast is not good and only few selections. Overall, i would stay here again because pricing is reasonable and location is good.'

'The property has a great Cuban vibe, subdued bet there if you want to key in on it. It is in a great location. You can tell the property is older, but it has been updated and has a great layout. We took advantage of the morning yoga on the lawn and enjoyed the pool during the day. The bar/lobby is very inviting and has games throughout. 'The hotel is very new and clean but the water pressure is extremely low. As well as, the pool water temperature was very cold unswimabl. Staff in general good but lacking hospitality experience and professionalism overall.'

'Glorified motel. Rooms very minimal/motel-like. Beautiful lobby/bars but come to find out 20% gratuity on everything. My wife and I ended up spending $40usd on 2 bar rail drinks with a disrespectful waiter at the speakeasy. Pool was closed for 2 days of our stay.. Overall.. would never come back.'
