This is ideal for boat owners who want the convenience of keeping their vessel right where they're staying. Unit 1202 does not have a designated boat slip but please inquire as we have a few we rent based on availability.

❌ We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
