Deze beveiliging patrouilleerden, gated hoogbouw ligt direct aan de kruising van 161 en Perdido Beach Blvd, die u direct plaatst in het hart van de Orange Beach opwinding!

Eenheid 906 is gelegen op de 9e verdieping. Deze drie slaapkamers, twee badkamers unit beschikt over een eigen volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine en droger en een eigen Golf front balkon.

De master bedroom is voorzien van een kingsize bed en bijgewerkte eigen bad. Er is ook een eigen toegang tot het balkon van deze slaapkamer.

Slaapkamer 2 is voorzien van een Queen size bed en de derde slaapkamer heeft een koningin en een tweepersoonsbed. Er is een extra bad voor het gemak.

Deze woning is betaald parkeren. Een parkeerkaart is inbegrepen in de offerte. Het pand kan maximaal twee auto's per eenheid. Als u wilt kopen de 2e parkeerpas laat het ons weten.

Summerchase ligt dicht bij de meeste alle attracties van Orange Beach gebied en op loopafstand van winkels en goede lokale restaurants.

even though we paid for parking there was not enough parking for a couple of days. This was not acceptable. The condo was nice and clean the only complaint was the master bathroom had what appeared to be mold on the ceiling and a old rusted vent cover. The toilet in the master bath did not work well either. We enjoyed Orange Beach even though the condo was not in walking distance of too many things. The beach was great, but the price was too high since we had to drive everywhere.

Clean Rental in a quiet area

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and spacious, but seemed like some additional care needed to be taken. Things like the outdoor furniture was kind of beaten up, toilet was shaky, front panel of washing machine was coming off, no remote for front room TV, etc. just needed some additional care. The condo itself did not have many amenities other than indoor and outdoor pools. The hot tub was broken and the tennis court is no longer there. This is a very quiet area of the beach with housing construction on one side and the public access beach on the other so my son was a bit bored although I liked the quiet area. Liquid Life responded to my texts, but nothing really got fixed while we were there other than the dishwasher which they had previously put an order in for prior to our visit. We were told Liquid Life was notified of the hot tub being broken and they were asked to notify the renters, but that was not done by Liquid Life. I probably wouldn't stay in this condo again just because we have stayed in many other condos in the Orange Beach area and they were nicer, but this was ok for the week.

The building is old and the management is terrible. We received multiple "tickets" threatening to tow our cars because we did not "park straight between the lines." The parking lot is cramped and somewhat hard to navigate, but we did our best. The angry old security guard seemed to be running the property. Don't stay here!
