Phoenix West II 1809 is een 3 slaapkamers, 4 badkamers golf-front unit, gelegen op de 18e verdieping in de nieuwste ontwikkeling langs de Gulf Coast.

De master suite heeft een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer, met inbegrip van een jacuzzi en een grote inloopdouche met twee douchekoppen.

De tweede slaapkamer is voorzien van 2 Queen bedden en heeft ook een eigen badkamer.

De derde slaapkamer beschikt over 2 Full size bedden en een eigen badkamer.

Elke slaapkamer is voorzien van een flatscreen-tv en een dvd-speler, er is ook een flatscreen in de woonkamer en een slaapbank.

De vierde badkamer is voorzien van een inloopdouche.

Dit apparaat is ongeveer. 1958 vierkante voet en heeft draadloos internet, een volledig uitgeruste keuken met roestvrij stalen apparatuur, granieten werkbladen en een natte bar met ijs-maker. Er is een full size wasmachine en droger.

Phoenix West II appartement biedt een spectaculair uitzicht op de Golf-front en fantastische voorzieningen. Voel je vrij om te ontspannen in de glinsterende wateren van de Golf voorste lazy river, terwijl de kleintjes genieten van het bochtige waterglijbaan of splash pad. Zweet uit stress in de volledig geladen fitnessruimte, compleet met een sauna en daarna afkoelen in het ruime overdekte zwembad. Voorzieningen ook overdekte parkeerplaats, buitenzwembad, outdoor kiddie zwembad en tennisbanen.

Phoenix West II heeft een overdekte parkeergarage en biedt gasten de mogelijkheid om maximaal twee parkeerkaarten per eenheid te kopen bij aankomst in de lobby.

Wonderful place to stay!

I can't say enough good things about this location! The room was great for the family, and the central location to all of the restaurants was also very convenient. The rooms were clean and well supplied, and was beautifully decorated. The condo that we stayed in will definitely be on our return list. The staff was amazing! There was an issue with teenagers throwing items off the balcony of the 12th floor, one item hit my daughter in the head while at the pool. The security took care of it immediately and kept us informed during their investigation process. Felt very safe to be at this location with our children. Highly recommend.

Family vacation

The condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed it. The only problem was check in. We got there at 3:00 and received text stating condo was still being cleaned however we went to the condo and no one was there cleaning. I texted them back at 3:30 telling them we were there and nobody was cleaning and they miraculously was able to let us in! Wasn’t happy about that. Other than that everything was good.

Perfect floor plan

This condo had the most perfect floor plan. Each family had their own private bedroom with a full bath. The extra bath off the hall was an added bonus. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. The views were amazing and relaxing. The seating area around the table was large enough for all the adults to sit around. The building was very clean and had a lot of other activities to do, putting green, shuffle board, grilling area, pickle ball and on and on. All employees were very kind, courteous and helpful. The walk to the beach was nice and shorter then we’ve had before in a different Phoenix condo. We only ran into one issue but the front desk, not the management company, immediately took care of it since it was an HOA issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo, poorly stocked kitchen and horrible wifi and cell service

I don't normally write reviews but felt I needed to let others know what they might be up against. We have stayed at Phoenix West II many times and have always had great experiences and a great deal of basic kitchen supplies, but this trip had many issues and challenges! The day of arrival we got into town really early so we called Liquid Life to see if we could get an earlier check in than 3:00. They were very friendly and acted like they would be able to accommodate this request and said they would contact us back and let us know when we could check in. They never contacted us back, so when it was almost 3:00 I called them back to see if we could get in condo. After waiting by condo door with all of our luggage, not only did they not help us get into condo before 3:00 as we requested possible earlier check in, they didn't even let us in at 3:00! Liquid Life didn't even send our door code until after 4:00!! Once in the condo we were pleased with how beautiful it was, but soon found out the kitchen was only stocked with dishes, some cookware and silverware, but they didn't even have salt and pepper shakers, no foil, no coffee or coffee filters to go in the fancy coffee maker! Oddly enough the living room hutch was stocked with a ton of board games and books, but kitchen didn't even have basic seasonings or coffee supplies. Also, the refrigerator ice maker leaked and didn't produce ice well and the bar ice maker leaked water inside the maker and would mess up ice. Plus, on day 2 our door code wouldn't work causing us to be stranded outside until they could reset our code! Sure hope we have a better experience next time, and others don't have the same problems we did.

We did have an issue with the jacuzzi tub in master bath but maintenance came quickly to look at it. Also, the condo states it holds 12 people and there were only 8 face towels in the whole condo. We had 9 people so we had to wash towels constantly. Bring extra face towels if you have more than 8 people. We definitely would stay here again. Thanks!

This condo was incredible! Best one we’ve ever stayed at. So many activities to do at the condo besides the beach. The Pools are awesome! The condo itself is huge, clean and nice! 4 full baths was a game changer for us too! Only complaint is beds were a little harder then I like but overall great experience.

Overall great place to stay!

The condo was well supplied and our family will definitely stay here again. The only issues we had was the elevators during peak hours but the overall experience was great. Lots of extras for all ages and that was a plus for our family.

A wonderful family getaway location

6 adults, 5 kids (ages 4-9). Extremely satisfied with this property. Better in person than in pictures. You won’t be disappointed. Easy beach access and TONS of activities to do on and around the property. Extremely kind staff, beach attendees, and other people staying there. Everyone was smiling and nice! Property is clean and security officer at the water slide to ensure safety. Frequent texts by the rental staff to ensure happiness with the location. Super nice and highly recommend. We will be back!!

there was plenty of space for me and the family.

the washing machine was unusable , need new washer . there needs to be more baking pans and not just a pizza pan . overall the [lace was nice and pretty clean, there was trash under sofa that was not cleaned . popcorn and dust ..

HORRIBLE SQUEAKY BEDS

Horrible squeaky beds to the point no one could sleep. I opted to sleep on the couch the last night because I was so miserable. Showers wouldn’t drain and upon arrival were dirty. We had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean the shower. Had to pay for parking passes!!!! None came with the condo!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. thank goodness for the beach and the pools because that’s all that was good about this vacation.

We had both our children and their families with us. The condo layout is perfect. Everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom plus a large enough common space to be together when they want. Our second time staying at Phoenix West II. Great location.

Great Condo!

We booked this condo with plans to be playing in a softball tournament. Unfortunately the coronavirus prevented our girls from getting to play in the tournament but we came on down anyway and had a great time! The condo had a great layout and a great location!
