Serenity & Sandy Shores —a Top-Notch, Peaceful Hideaway – Perfectly Equipped and Immaculate!
Serenity & Sandy Shores was an absolute dream for our four night stay! I’ve stayed at many condos in the area, but this one is truly top-notch and does not compare to any other. It sits in a quiet, serene gated community, so it felt like a peaceful, hidden retreat away from all the noise while still being close to everything.
From the moment we walked in, the condo was pristine and exceptionally clean. The decor has a tasteful, bright nautical style that feels warm and inviting without being overdone. Everything was spotless, including the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, and the cute patio that comfortably seats four for morning coffee. The bed was so comfortable, and the linens were crisp, white, and smelled amazingly fresh. Both bedrooms upstairs also have an extra fan, which was a great touch if you need one for white noise.
The kitchen had every accommodation you could possibly ask for. I cooked dinner and made breakfast twice, and they had high-quality kitchenware, nice pots and pans, plenty of wine and drinking glasses, a four bagel toaster, crock pot, and plenty of cooking seasonings. They even provided a fully stocked selection of complementary coffee pods for the single-serve Keurig on the counter, which made mornings effortless. The living room and dining table was super cozy for gathering, eating, listening to music on the television, and hanging out with my friends.
The location and convenience were unbeatable. The beach is nearby with our private keycode access, we were able to listen to the waves and watch the sunset.
Right outside the security gates to the right, there is a Walmart, liquor store, pedicure shop, and ice cream spot, making it a super easy one-stop shop after arriving. We also took a quick 20-minute drive over to the Tanger Outlets in Foley for some great shopping. Dining out was just minutes away down the strip. We had phenomenal steaks at Big Mike’s Steakhouse and incredible fresh seafood with beautiful flower garnishes at CoastAL, both of which are absolute must-visits. Parking was also a breeze for our two vehicles, with one parked in the driveway and an extra spot utilized right behind the condo. This was my second time visiting, and Mariner Lakes Unit 14 will always be my go-to destination in Orange Beach. You will not need for anything here!
