Welcome to Phoenix X 308, a beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath Gulf-front condo offering 800 sq. ft. of coastal comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests. Ideal for couples or small families, this bright and cheerful retreat delivers everything you need for an effortless beach vacation.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, whether you're whipping up home-cooked favorites or enjoying delicious local takeout. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors fill the living area with natural light and open to your private balcony—where you can sip morning coffee or evening wine while taking in stunning views of the Gulf's sparkling waters.

The primary bedroom provides direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a sleeper sofa plus two twin sleeper chairs. Flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.

The only thing better than the views is the location. Phoenix X sits right next door to the famous Flora-Bama, known for daily live music, cold drinks, fun events, and its iconic beachfront atmosphere. Just across the street, you'll find the Flora-Bama Yacht Club and the Flora-Bama Marina & Watersports, offering jet ski rentals, pontoon boats, fishing charters, and more—everything you need for a fun-packed vacation without ever needing to drive.

Guests at Phoenix X enjoy access to outstanding resort-style amenities, including a beachside zero-entry outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, kiddie splash pad, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis court, racquetball court, wallyball court, basketball goal, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads directly to the sugar-white sand.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
