Geweldig, drie slaapkamers, twee badkamers, luxe, golffront, lage dichtheid condominium met zwembad. Slaap acht. Zwembad en condominium bieden een geweldig uitzicht op de prachtige witte zandstranden en aqua-marine wateren van de golf.

Condominium is schoon, licht en luchtig met met uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit bijna elke kamer. Condominium beschikt over een goed uitgeruste keuken met kookeiland, eettafel, kingsize bed, een queensize bed, twee eenpersoonsbedden, slaapbank, wasmachine en droger in de unit, vier tv's, vier videorecorders en een dvd-speler. Elke kamer heeft een prachtig decor. Het decor is voorzien van lichte kleurtegels in de belangrijkste woonruimtes. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen.

Very nice condo on the west end of the building. Very spacious. The sliding door in the kitchen would not lock, no hook for it to catch, several vertical blinds were missing with several on the floor. We could never figure out how to get the microwave to work.

Silver Beach is the best beach in the area

This condo is first class. We have stayed in this building twice a year for the last three years. This unit is the best so far. The floor plan is excellent. The unit is updated. The decks are fabulous. The deck furniture is perfect. We want to rent it again soon. The new elevator is running very good and I think they are closing in on a date to complete the other elevator. Don't hesitate to trust this owner and this unit.

Property was okay but needs to be deep cleaned. Ceiling has water damage and open holes also there were holes in the walls. Closet doors in third bedroom were off the track and leaning in the closet. Pillow and pillow sham had blood on them. Thankfully brought our own. We would stay there again if the unit was deep cleaned.

Great condo. Loved being on 4th floor, the elevators didnt work half the tome so it was nice not being on a high floor so we could walk. Perfect size. Only advice: Different curtains for the window facing rooms, they face the other condo whos lights shine in and looks like daylight at night. Besides that. Great condo.

We enjoyed our stay. However, the condo needs a good deep cleaning. My husband had to clean the counters because there was coffee underneath and around the coffee pot. The fridge was dirty, we found dead roaches in one of the cabinets, cups were left in the sink. The master shower had hair still in/on it, the shower walls have mold and the whole condo had a musky smell. The furniture has stains, sheets were stained. There was not extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags or dishcloths. We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers there for 4 days. Had to go buy toilet paper, garbage bags and napkins. When we booked the room we thought our dog could be on the beach, we didn’t find out that she could not go on the beach until we got there. Needs to say condo is pet friendly but not allowed on beaches.

Awesome Condo

This condo is very welcoming! It has a great layout and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well suited for meal prep and the dining table is huge. The view from the ocean front balcony is gorgeous! The beach is immaculate and a joy for morning walks. Viewing the sunset on the beach is a must! We can’t wait until our next visit!!
