Located at Sugar Beach Condominiums, this third (top) floor unit offers acompletely remodeled interior with a pristine kitchen and a convenient bathroom on each floor. The white sand beach is just a few feet from the pool area. Your condo provideseasy access to grocery stores, shops, and popular restaurants. Enjoy a network of trails across the street for leisurely strolls or bike rides at Gulf State Park Trails. To discover more of the region’s beauty, visit Gulf Shores or Gulf State Park. For additional entertainment, head to The Wharf or Adventure Island.

The inviting living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, side chair, and a 42” TV. (The sleeper sofa is suited more for children than adults.) Whip up tasty meals in the pristine kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and ample cookware. When it’s time to eat, a dining table awaits you. Sleep soundly in the upstairs bedroom, which offers a comfy bed, 32” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower
combination. The downstairs guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. There are beach chairs and children’s beach toys available in the unit. A washer and dryer combo is located in the unit. Enjoy the on-site amenities, including four unheated pools (one can be heated in winter months, as well as a kiddie pool), a tennis and pickleball court, and the seasonal Sugar Shack snack bar (open in summer months).

Great location. Multiple swimming pools and beach access. This place was the quietest and cleanest place we have stayed in. I would highly recommend to anyone. The outside doesn’t do justice to the interior. We will be back.

Wonderful unit, great location, snack shack walk up from the beach, overall great except for the parking, the parking is beyond tight and unfortunately something had dripped all over the hood of my car, headed home to take it to the shop to see if it can be repaired.

It’ll do if you’re on a budget I guess

It’s not great. Photos definitely make the property look bigger. It’s very small. Small issues- light bulbs where different colors, stains on carpet and couch. One of the curtains was turned inside out. The pull out couch is the most uncomfortable thing you will ever lay on. We had to go purchase an air mattress because our child couldn’t sleep. **this does part doesn’t reflect the condo itself** While walking through the property a maintenance man was treating a condo for bed bugs. I stopped and spoke with him, he advised to me that bed bugs are a common problem at sugar beach condos. Our property did not have them, so it’s not a direct reflection of this condo, but the property as a whole.

Great for a couple

My husband and I spent a weekend, and we found it to be just right for just the two of us. The place is a little older and could use some tlc, but it was clean and acceptable for us. The lock is a little odd, and there was a broken wall outlet along with a few other things that could be fixed. The beach is very easily accessed from this unit, and there is a restaurant and a convenience store within walking distance. (Disclaimer: crossing the large highway it’s on is more or less do-able, but I wouldn’t call this a walkable area.) Gulf Shores restaurants and attractions are a very short drive away, as is Pensacola. The listing indicated that parking was cash-only ($35), but they do accept credit and debit cards. Beach service is available and was $45 for a day, though Vacasa told me that it was not available. Overall, it was a nice stay. If you’re looking for something for 2-3 people with quick access to the beach but no frills, this is worth booking.

Perfect Place for Getaway

My partner and I enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. The location is perfect with multiples pools and the beach being on the property. Just a short drive to many awesome restaurants and bars. We’ll be back soon!

Great for small family

Needs a broom in the room. Bathtub upstairs did not drain. Other than that, all was great. We love the location of Sugar Beach. Unit was cute and just like the pictures.
