  • Word wakker met de zon opkomen in deze 2e verdieping, oost hoek-eenheid. Deze unit is schoon, fris en comfortabel, en niet te vergeten het fantastische uitzicht! Unit 201 bevindt zich op de 2e verdieping en is gemakkelijk bereikbaar via de lift of slechts één trap. Geniet van koffie op het balkon terwijl u uitkijkt over het zwembad met direct uitzicht op de witte zandstranden en de turquoise wateren van de Golf van Mexico. Je zou zelfs een dolfijn of twee kunnen vangen die in het water dartelen!

    Deze geweldige 3/2 is bijgewerkt met graniet en roestvrij apparaten, een grote flatscreen-tv en veel geweldige zitplaatsen in de woonkamer met een slaapbank. De master heeft een comfortabel kingsize bed en elke logeerkamer als een queensize bed. Elke slaapkamer heeft ook een tv en een dvd-speler. Het toestel slaapt 8 comfortabel. Geweldig voor een familie of een groep vrienden die willen genieten van alles wat Orange Beach te bieden heeft.

    Het gebouw met lage dichtheid (slechts 18 eenheden) heeft een zwembad met een waterval en is gunstig gelegen in het hart van Orange Beach met veel winkels, eten en nachtleven in alle richtingen.

Exactly what you see in pictures but even bigger than we were expecting. Location is great lots around to eat, shop & so close to the beach. Second floor is perfect. The place was very clean and fit our family of 5 very comfortably. Check in/out was easy, management is very responsive and communicates often. We will be back.

Family Beach stay

We stayed at this property twice this year. Once in April then again in October. It’s a perfect location, so close to the beach. We will definitely be staying here any chance we get!

The condo was in a central location to restaurants and shopping. The condo was furnished cute. The bathrooms need some updating like the master bath and the toilet seats.One of the front bedrooms does not cool like the rest of the condo.The parking is not gated and you are not required to have a parking pass so it makes it a free for all.The beach can get a little crowded so make sure to set your umbrellas and chairs up early.They also have the beach set ups for a price.The price was good for what we got!!

Great oceanfront location

This property was in the best location. Close to grocery, restaurants and shopping. There are not too many large condo properties around, so there was always a great place to set up on the beach and being on the second floor made for the best views in the morning for sunrise and wildlife watching. Check in and check out were very simple. Would definitely recommend this property and likely to stay here again!

50th Shrimp Fest

The area is quiet. All units have beach view balconys. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores located close at hand. The unit had plenty of room for 8 people. Wouldn't feel cramped for space. We take our annual family vaction here and we all love it.

Great family resort

Nice and peaceful unit , not overcrowded and packed in like some of the other properties in the area. Our overall experience was great, just had some very minor things which should have been addressed by the property management company, hopefully the property owner changes to a better management company.

Beautiful & spacey condo with great beach views

We really enjoyed this condo! It had much more space than the pics reflect and it is decorated so cute. The beds were cozy and comfortable It was very clean with plenty of dishes, pots, pans etc.The view of Orange beach was amazing. You can sit on the wrap around balcony and watch the sun come up in the AM and go down at night. It is centrally located and was not too crowded even though we were there over Easter week. We rented umbrella and chairs right in front of the condo on the beach. My only suggestion to guests is to bring your own spices, sugar, coffee/tea, salt, pepper, - those types of things as they didn't have any of those items that we typically see at VRBOs.Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Great beach condo

Loved the spaciousness of this 3 bedroom condo. The view was amazing. We saw dolphins from the balcony. The beach was so close; it was an easy walk in the sand for my 75 year old mother. King size bed was so comfortable. Sliding doors in bedroom and living room did not lock though. Regardless I would come back for a fall beach stay.

Love this quiet building!

Even during the height of spring break, we found peace and quiet at this lovely condo. We had no problem finding space at the beach and we’re a short walk or drive away from everything we needed. There was some revocation of the stairs going on when we were there but the noise didn’t last long and the great location and small building size made up for any inconvenience. Definitely would stay here again!!

Everything was great. Only issue was the remote for the parking lot arm was missing, and no one brought us another one. Wasn't that big a deal though since parking outside the blocked area was still pretty close.

Another Great Stay!

We always enjoy our stay at Emerald Key, as the location simply can't be beat. The communication with Crye Leike is exceptional, particularly since they are local to the area. (They even addressed a small issue personally on their day off due to New Years!) All details well explained, including check-out. And access to the unit via electronic key pad makes entry and security a breeze. They set the standard very high! Thanks for a wonderful stay and service!

Great location, easy beach access. Pool area was very nice, clean and loved by all. The condo does not have a dead bolt or any type child proof lock on door. Kids can escape extremely easy. There was a leak or runoff that kept the steps closest to our room slick as glass. Toddler Granddaughter and daughter in law both fell from the slick steps. The master bedroom ceiling fan and jetted tub didn’t work, plus we cleaned the master tub before using. Upon leaving we attempted to re-enter at 10:10am to remove final items from freezer and leave extra remote but code was already de-activated. We still enjoyed our stay, but for the price we expected better.

Totally disappointed

I was totally disappointed with our stay. We didn’t know construction was going to be going on! Found out at last minute , that this was going on. Couldn’t use the pool, There was scaffolding on our deck which limited space. My wife was bit by one of the tenants dog. Security came by for noise, wasn’t even our kids. We were thrown out of unit on hearsay. Said we were too loud, spent majority of time on beach. There were kids from 4- states partying , but we took the brunt of the problem. I never spoke to security, it was assumed that it was my family. Parking was a disaster. People below complained , but they were the ones jumping off scaffolding into pool. I never mentioned it ! Night lites were poor. I think Orange Beach is a great place, but people skills were awful, our kids were treated very rudely by security. I am 66 years old and a beach dweller all my life and I have never been treated so poorly! Thank you Frank Caputo

Do NOT stay here with small children.

The Good: Great location, spacious, great pool and beach. Vivian was great. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The Bad: advertised to sleep 8. Three bedrooms plus a sleeper soft. We booked this condo for a vacation with one of our adult children, and her family (spouse, 7 yr old, 4 year old and 20 month old) and my mom. The plan was for the three kids to sleep in a bedroom and their parents to sleep on sleeper sofa. However there is no sleeper sofa. Upon check-in I contacted the management company and inquired and was offered an air mattress. The toddler sleeps in a regular bed at home so we decided he could sleep with his parents and others could sleep on the sofa. Needless to say, no one slept the first night and I never heard back from the management company so we purchased an air mattress for the kids, in the bedroom with their parents. 2nd morning, 20 month old manages to open the front door because there is no way to lock door from inside. Thankfully we found him down the walkway, at the elevator. This is a HUGE safety issue and why two adults ended up sleeping on the floor, for the remainder of our trip so that the toddler would have to climb over them to be able to get to the door that doesn’t lock. Other than paying for a space to sleep 8 people and only getting a space to sleep 6, two adults sleeping on the floor,and our grandson being able to escape out a door that doesn’t lock, it was an ok space but I will tell everyone I know, to beware!
