  • Welcome to Sunswept 108—a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom ground-floor Gulf-front condo that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

    Step into the inviting living area, where comfortable furnishings create the perfect space to gather after a day at the beach. Just outside, the private patio offers convenient access to the pool and the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach, making it easy to spend your days swimming, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the Gulf breeze. The fully equipped kitchen features everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay, while the adjacent dining area provides a comfortable place to enjoy them together.

    The primary bedroom features a Queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a Queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two Twin beds, making it a great option for kids or additional guests. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping accommodations, and three full bathrooms ensure everyone has plenty of space and convenience during their stay.

    CLEAN BED PROMISE
    Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

    MONTHLY RENTALS
    The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. The property is older but well kept, it was exactly what we were looking for; ground floor, corner unit, patio area outside the unit was a short walk to the pool and the white sand beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
