'Everything was lovely and as expected from description and photos. Having fresh fruit on entry is nice and everyone was pleasant and welcoming.
The only negative and its more - too hard to tell from either description/photos is that our balcony directly faced the side of an unattractive 2 storey home. So we did not use balcony or open up all curtains.

'The welcome we received was outstanding, with welcoming bubbles, goodie bag, and room upgrade. The cocktail lounge is beautiful, with a range of drinks to match. The food in the Peacock dining room was top of the line. The extra surprise was the sauna and plunge pool. Fabulous!'

'My issue with the room I booked was promptly resolved and I was kindly given a wonderful room in my stay.
The room was outstanding and I really appreciate how even though I arrived outside reception hours, I was greeted by a staff member within 5 min and my problem was resolved with no questions asked.
