The Space:

Coorabin is a calm, easy going home where you can switch off the second you walk in. Set in a quiet, central part of Orange, this spacious four-bedroom place blends modern comfort with that warm, lived-in country feel.



With renovated bathrooms, generous living areas and a cosy outdoor seating space, it’s made for slow mornings, long lunches and laid-back nights with the people you love.



Each of the four bedrooms has its own little retreat vibe. The king suite has its own ensuite, TV and a comfy sitting area, perfect for sneaking away with a cuppa.



Two of the queen rooms also have their own sitting spaces and TVs, with one offering a second ensuite and the other giving you plenty of room to properly unpack and settle in. The fourth queen bedroom is simple, peaceful and just an easy place to get a good night’s sleep. Everyone gets their own space which makes it perfect for families or groups travelling together.



The heart of the home is the open living and dining area, full of natural light and set up for easy days. The kitchen’s fully equipped for up to eight guests with everything you need including a coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher and basics to get you started. Whether you’re cooking up a proper family dinner or just grazing over nibbles and a few drinks, it all feels relaxed and effortless.



Outside, you’ve got a lovely country-style entertaining area that feels like your own little escape. It’s a great spot for slow brekkies, afternoon BBQs or chilled evenings under the stars. Pets and kids will enjoy the space too, and there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out without getting in each other’s way.



Coorabin gives you that perfect mix of comfort, warmth and ease. You’re close to wineries, cafes, parks and everything Orange is known for, but when you’re back home, it feels calm and private. It’s the ideal base for families, couples, groups or anyone wanting to enjoy Orange in total comfort.



You’ll also notice a small self-contained apartment on the property with long-term tenants. They’re completely separate from the house and you won’t share any spaces. Because of this guests should only use the circular driveway and long driveway to the right of the house for parking (for up to 4 cars) Please leave the main driveway clear.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and and courtyard during their stay.

Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 10am.



The lockbox code and location will be given 24 hrs before check in for self check-in.

If the key is lost, please contact us for the location of the emergency key.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Friendly: Pets are welcome! Please clean up after them and keep them off the furniture where possible.



Cleaning: A cleaning fee applies. Excessive mess or unregistered guests may incur an additional charge.



House Rules: No smoking indoors, no parties or events. Please return the key to the lockbox on departure.



We have external security camera's for our guests safety and the safety of the property.

We respect your privacy, but we’re always available if you need us. You can reach us anytime through the Airbnb app.
