There was mold on the walls and in the corners and the sheets had stains on them and the carpet was dirty in some areas. The showers are nice and new looking and plenty of hot water. The dead bolt on the door wouldn’t work. Yes you need a card to enter the unit but a working deadbolt would be nice. Told the lady at the front desk about it and all she said was, “ok”. Didn’t apologize or ask to be shown the issue. For $141 for the night, I’ll spend the extra $100 and go to best western.

We liked our room. Still going under renovations and rough outside but if they can finish them it could be a great little business. Inside the room there were minor issues like a light plate to be replaced, some caulking to be done in washroom and more attention to detail otherwise the bed was very comfy, internet was fine. There is a large work table in the center of the room which is HUGE. It needs to be smaller as my husband tripped on the chair that stuck out and now has a bruise on his leg. This was in the dark of night. We moved the chair at bedtime as you could not get through to go to the washroom but he forgot he moved it an that is when he walked into it. His fault I suppose. Place even had a small couch and table which was a bonus. The young man that runs the front desk was very nice.

It was an ok place to stay I just needed a place to stay for the evening. when I opened the fridge it had not been cleaned out, there were still items in it. Makes you wonder how well the rest of the room was cleaned. Staff were not very friendly, felt like I was disturbing them.

Twice as expensive asit should be for the value.....Heater was broken down,thermostat did not work.freezer was over frosted so could not get inside the freezer so it was replaced,TV was good but difficult to turn on and manoevre because the remote batteries were weak....excuses were made for the maintenance as he claims he cannot get anyone to do the repairs for the Motel but the owner is driving a Tesla Electric Car so that shows that he is too cheap to pay the right people to make the repairs necessary.

Ignore older reviews. Room was clean, toilet didn’t mattress was great, furnishings were in decent shape, it was quiet, staff was friendly and available, neighbours were not an issue -all these concerns I read about were actually not a problem and they are updating the place add slowly it looks like. Great little place to rest your head. Dated and smelled a little smoky and I needed help with the door twice. Great price friendly staff. Super convenient location for me while I was in town for a few days in business by myself and couldn’t justify the price of the Best Western which was more than double the cost of this place.

Excellent on all the important things: comfortable bed, pillows and bedding; clean room, vanity, bathroom, floors and bar fridge, air conditioning, wifi, tv and bar fridge all in excellent working condition. Staff delivered ironing board and ice as requested, plus unexpected extra towels.

Staff was friendly and was easy to check in and park etc. the room was clean. The bathroom/shower area was small but good the sink was out in the main area. only one coffee cup and one plastic water cup for a room that holds 4 people.

Good it was available, but I had called in am to say I was going to be late checking in around 8pm. They didn't seem to expect me at all. The young man checking me in was courteous but not very professionally dressed (jogging pants and tshirt). Room was cold but clean.

Very conveniently located. Only concern was that the toilet was not properly secured to the floor, which made it rock a bit and raises concerns about the adequacy of the sewer gas seal. No adverse odor noticed though.

Near to downtown Orangeville and shopping and restaurants were nearby. Beds can be updated plus the toilette was very unstable. I was afraid it will tip over every time I sat on it.

Staff was friendly and room was very clean, but bed springs kept poking us, the toilet wasnt fully connected to the floor so moved when you sat down, and there was no warning abt the $100 room deposit when booking. Beds didnt seem Queen sized. The old guy living long-term in the room next to us was talking loudly to himself till almost 3am outside and kept waking us, and the group of 20-something yr olds living full-time 3-4 doors down tried to sell us drugs upon arrival. The friendly staff did say they are in the process of renovating, so I would give this place another chance for sure. Great location with lots near-by like a Shoppers, Timmy's, 7-11, etc and the wifi was great
