The ground floor offers a comfortable and functional open layout with upgraded, renovated kitchen with dishwasher, coffee bar, and all essentials. Dining area, sleeper sofa, and convenient half bath plus a laundry room for extended stays.


Our representative will meet you upon arrival at this gated community and go over all the features of the home and area.

This gated community is 1 block east of one of the world's top 10 beaches. 4 minute walk to the beach.
Two community pools with lounge chairs for sunning, and gazebos to relax under or enjoy a meal. There is also a community BBQ area and fitness center.

This is a gated community. You will be given a gate remote for the parking lot at check in.

There is public transportation available on the beach road, with a bus stop located nearby.
There is an assigned parking space allocated to this townhome.
Extra parking is available outside the gate.

Nightly rates are in USD based on 2 guests excluding local taxes and service fees.
Video and pictures are taken prior to check in for transparency & the protection of both guest and homeowner.
Your rental includes beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. This home also has a wagon and pool floats.
