Everything was wonderful! Location is great. The beach is close and plenty of food options close by. We never got a taxi or rented a car. We did rent the electric scooters for trips to Noord just to cut down on some of the walk time.Kitchen was enough for our light needs and having a refrigerator with ice maker was a blessing.The area is quite yet close enough to the nightlife of Noord.My wife didn’t want to leave and I’m certain we will be returning and would not hesitate to stay again.The host is very responsive as well.

Gorgeous Eagle Beach!

The location of this property was perfect for us! There were numerous dining options within walking distance, and it was conveniently close to the Super Foods grocery store. Being able to walk across the street to the beautiful Eagle Beach was exactly what we were looking for!

Perfect location !

Perfect property amazing location. The place is pretty clean and the pool is great. We could not have asked for a better place to have our first visit to Aruba. We stayed with 2 teens and the bunks worked well. Lots of towels and beach towels. Small igloo cooler and 4 camp chairs. The kitchen is minimal but worked. The grocery store is walkable or a 10 cab. Bring grocery bags and a quarter. They have everything you need. Great restaurants near by. Take a 10 can to Noord for more night life but I liked that it was so peaceful where we were. Wear LOTS OF SUN SCREEN!

Lovely well-appointed unit on a beautiful property in convenient location

Immaculate well appointed unit in the beautiful Oceania Residences. Exactly as described in the listing. Beach towels and camping chairs in the unit, but easy to rent beach loungers and umbrellas at the beach. Lovely pools. The location is great - right across the street from a pristine Eagle beach. Easy to get up to and from the high rise district on the bus (2.50pp), which made our teens happy. And Jaime was very responsive. Great rental!

Low key, relaxing stay on Eagle Beach

Great location for easy access to one of the best beaches you could ask for with walk out to a spacious pool. Quiet and low key away from the crowds at the high rise end of the island. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice to have a gated community. Easy walking distance or short taxi ride to many great restaurants.

Great apartment for a couple or small family. Clean & with everything you're likely to need. Lovely patio overlooking one of the pools and outdoor electric drill was great. Location was absolutely perfect with just a short walk to the beach, with amazing sunsets. Host was also very accommodating. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we travel to Aruba.

Oceania Condo was Awesome

This is a great condo that is well laid out. The kitchen appears in the photos to not have a stovetop, but it does, which is very useful. Great refrigerator with ice/cold water. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom was very nice with some good storage. Spacious living area attached to the kitchen. As in previous reviews, Oceania condos are very well situated next to Eagle Beach and a short walking distance to Super Food, which is, indeed, super. thank you!

Room was excellent. The location superb! My wife and I had a great stay in Aruba. Had a little breakfast, short stroll to the beach and plopped ourselves down and enjoyed the sand and water. All the restaurants were all in walking distance. We loved it! Definitely would come back!

Perfect all over

Wonderful vacation and a lovely condo. Gated condo resort Walk across the street to the beach. Three swimming pools. Loved the ground floor with the Nice patio with grill which we used. 10 feet to swimming pool from patio. The photos do not do it justice. I was concerned because they were no photos of the bathroom. And it was a beautiful bathroom with a huge tiled walk-in shower.Spotlessly clean. New furniture. Loved the ice and water on the refrigerator door. Cooler with wheels to take to the beach. Complementary cleaning service halfway through stay. Large TV in master bedroom and living room with Netflix on one. Very kind and attentive owner. You do not have to bring half what I did in my luggage! I brought a hairdryer, don’t have to there was good strong one there. I brought my own beach towels and didn’t have to, there were several nice ones here. Brought a swim tube, don’t have to there were a few and another float. there was a nice beach umbrella. (hard to get a tiki hut on the beach unless you get out there when the sun rises.) We brought reusable shopping bags or your beach bag because we knew from previous years the large grocery store we use does not bag. Walking distance to many restaurants, however, we rented a car for our two weeks so that we could go to the many snorkeling beaches. The bus system which we used previous years here is easy to use also with a stop out front. Only Con: Master bed could use a new mattress.

I can't say enough good things about Jaime and this property. Everything was perfect. Location, price, personnel, amenities, pool... we got all we had hoped for and more. If you are looking to stay near Eagle Beach, this is the place!

Loved Aruba but will return to a different condo/hotel

Great quiet location, if you like convenience to shop’s restaurants etc chose another area. While in Aruba we visited several beaches and found Eagle beach to be one of our favorites. The property is clean and the first floor unit was very convenient . The rolling cooler was perfect and there are plenty of ocean toys and gear for whatever you may do. The unit is attached to the one next door and you can definitely tell 123-1 is not the main unit. There are two umbrellas on the connecting unit and none on 123-1. Kind of disappointing if you don’t rent all the units. Our unit came with other challenges… no way to do laundry and 3 wash cloths, 4 towels, 2 beach towels. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the bedroom whatsoever. Host was slow to answer and we went the entire trip with no beach chairs as they were left with the connecting unit from the last tenants. This was super frustrating. Had I known we would have purchased some for our time. The master bed is not comfortable. There is not much counter space in the bathroom. There is a gate to the beach that you need a code for and our friends staying in another unit had that. When they arrived someone came to their unit and explained the property and such to them. A piece of paper would have been helpful with some of that information. We also had no clue how we were supposed to leave the property. There were no instructions for leaving other than a time. Maybe some instructions in the unit would help for check in/out and things to know for the property and area.
