Voor uw privacy, plezier en ontspanning, een volledig uitgeruste Europese keuken met roestvrij apparaten en kwarts teller; open lay-out met hoge plafonds en inbouwverlichting; grote witte betegelde vloeren. Drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers villa is volledig voorzien van airconditioning; slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer; twee slaapkamers met queensize bedden en een gedeelde badkamer. Pak licht als villa heeft een wasruimte met wasmachine en droger. Ontspanning en plezier met Franse deuren die leiden naar schaduwrijke overdekte betegelde veranda met comfortabel tuinmeubilair met uitzicht op het privézwembad met een kleurrijke zonschildering; ligstoelen op het zwembad dek van travertijn. Ook een overdekte BBQ pergola met gas grill en bar zitplaatsen met uitzicht op zwembad en tropische tuin. Privacy met een groot omheind en omheind terrein met tropische tuin met palmen, fruitbomen en bloeiende planten rondom zwembad met externe veiligheidsverlichting en camera's. Voor uw strandplezier: zandstoelen, koelbox, grote handdoeken en strandtassen zijn in de villa. Drijvers zijn ook inbegrepen voor het zwembad. Villa weerspiegelt de grillige essentie van Aruba met zijn kleurrijke Caribische eiland geïnspireerde decor. Geweldig centraal gelegen in een rustige woonwijk; minder dan 1 mijl van Eagle Beach & Druif Beach, supermarkten (Ling & Sons en SuperFoods), supermarkt, tankstation, casino, golfbaan, geldautomaat, restaurants / bars en laagbouw hotels. Terwijl andere stranden; hoogbouw hotels, winkels, bioscopen, toeristische attracties, het vliegveld en de hoofdstad Oranjestad liggen op 5 minuten rijden. Beautifully maintained and cared for property. Quiet residential neighborhood. Conveniently located and close to beaches, shopping, dining and local points of interest. Consider taking a quick walk up to Shoco Snack. It’s worth checking out.Relaxing by the pool after spending the day downtown was wonderful. Everything you can possibly need for a relaxing beach day is provided too.We played several rounds of ping pong in the converted garage. This was the perfect home for us. We truly enjoyed our stay.

A little piece of paradise

The accommodations were very close to Eagle Beach (my fav) and to the Superfoods. They were well kept and beautiful. Not all in our party likes sand so having the gorgeous backyard with shaded sitting areas, grill, bar and pool was very much appreciated and enjoyed. Would definitely rebook this little slice of paradise.

Wonderful Home

This home was perfect for our family of 6. It had everything we needed for the beach as well as around the house for cooking, swimming, etc. we loved having ping pong tournaments and swimming in the pool whenever we weren’t at the beach. The beds were so comfortable. We’re loved the quality of the sheets and towels. The shaded area outside by the pool was also used often. A great home that we’d highly recommend.We also loved the check in and check out process. Franklin was very friendly and provided us all of the information we needed.

Great House In A Good Location

The house is well equipped, Karen communicated promptly and accurately and the property manager, Anne, was delightful. So close to so many things, most notably, Eagle Beach (perfect, no seaweed, beautiful sand and fabulous water) and Super Food. In addition to the beautiful weather, starting and ending each day at the private pool was so relaxing. Renting umbrellas and chairs is expensive in Aruba, the beach chairs provided were comfortable and sitting under the trees at the beach worked great!

Annual Vacation Getaway

We had a fabulous trip and appreciated this beautiful home! It offered all the comforts of home. With a private yard and gorgeous pool, we enjoyed many soaks after a day at the beach or site seeing. First of all we appreciate Karen (the owner) for the nice condition of the villa. We are not first time here, that's why it was very pleasant to see a lot of adjustments and improvements that are making villa very cozy, hospitable. Thank you Karen! Great property and great location

My family and I really enjoyed the house. This was our first vacation in Aruba and I’m glad we stayed at Karen’s place. Highly recommend it if you are traveling with family and teenagers. My two boys enjoyed the pool. Also communication was excellent, there was an issue with the wifi when we arrived but it was quickly fixed and Karen made sure we were aware of this. Overall this experience was great.

Amazing property!

Loved this place. So close to everything. Easy communications with owner and property manager. House had everything we needed. Small snag with the WiFi our last couple of days but that just gave us reason to spend more time at the beaches! Would highly recommend staying here.

Great location!

We loved the location of this property! We wanted a house with a private backyard, close to Eagle Beach and grocery stores. The house is a few minutes drive from Eagle Beach as well as 2 large grocery stores. We fell in love with Baby Beach during our stay which was an easy 30min drive. House was clean, checkin, checkout was super easy and we appreciated the in person part of that process. Great communication with the host when we had a minor issue finding the house. Loved the provided amount of towels and beach chairs/coolers. Minor cons: 1. Backyard was not as private as we hoped due to lower surrounding wall and close neighbors on all sides, plus an unexpected security camera. 2. Beds were not the most comfortable but not the worst we have experienced by any means. 3. While we like the idea of the ping pong table, we did not use it due to the location in the hot garage. 4. Lighting in the master bathroom could be updated - made brighter. Overall we loved our stay and would likely re-book in the future.

Excellent villa

The villa is in a very convenient location - close to Eagle beach, it’s in between two food supermarkets, approximately a mile from Palm beach or downtown. Nearby - gas-station. Around (about 2-4 minutes driving) there are a lot of restaurants with rich variety of nice tasty food. Quite friendly neighbours. The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, great kitchen with all amenities, garage with tennis table. Everything is clean and in good condition. You can enjoy sunbathing at the villa’s pool, not just on the beach. We spent several vacations on the villa and we would recommend it for enjoying Aruba.
