'The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked. 'Arrived late in the evening and pulled out the sofa bed to find several crumbled chips that we had to shake off the bed. There were also numerous spiders that we had to kill before being able to sleep. Then at around 6:30am we were awakened by screaming children running around and stomping above us. 'It was a beautiful place to stay and relax before and after my son’s wedding. I was skeptical about the little room off of the master bedroom. But it had plenty of room in there with a closet and door to close it off. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a modern feeling and comfortable place to stay. '
