'The host is very friendly and helpful. We had some issues with the door lock and he was able to reset the lock instantly over the phone during check in. The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are very clean with more than enough supplies, although the kitchen plates are all plastic and worn. The retreat is very cozy and is only 7 minutes from the ferry, very convenient. We had a good sleep.'

Took a chance with a different vrbo because our normal spot was taken this trip to havelock and boy did everyone in my party regret it. This house is beyond gross. Every single person with me asked multiple times about the normal place we rent and how this one was much worse quality and the house being gross. Not to mention all the shotty work...

'Plenty of communication from host, very beautiful property and clean house. View is fantastic, and quiet place. Would recommend, big time!'

The few downsides were lack of dishwasher and...

'The rental is an traditional home. It was extremely clean with several updates. We were a little under pressure to book and spent more on this house than normally. The total was 400 and there were only three of us. Coffee was available. No problem at all in getting into the residence.'

'Host was very helpful with all questions. Property was very clean and had no issues with any property amenities. Will definitely use for the next time I visit family.'
