House Rules:

- Check-in time is 3PM & Check-out time is 10AM.
- Smoking is not allowed at the property.
- Pets are allowed on the property, with a maximum of two and a €25 cleaning fee, payable to the housekeeper upon arrival. XL Bully breeds are not accepted as they are considered dangerous.
- A 200€ deposit is required 14 days before arrival and will be refunded within 7 days of departure, subject to property condition.
