Nice, affordable place to stay. Very simple, but perfect for what we needed. Our room looked like they have started upgrading some of the furniture. Breakfast consists of toast, bagels, yogurt and coffee, which was perfect for our family, as we are not heavy eaters in the morning. Will be back next year.

Stunk like crap. I ask the day b4 if the washroom was handicap accessible they said yes and it wasnt. So we left and stayed at Champlain Waterfront hotel which was good

This hotel is rundown and outdated. The building and rooms are not in good condition. The security is dubious as anyone can enter the building without a pass card. The only positive is that the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The entrance of the hotel had a huge safety issue. With steps leading into hotel were damaged. The rooms were run down. Chairs in the room torn. Holes in the walls. Very run down hotel. The hall way smelled of weed. Hotel was a little over priced for the condition.

This hotel needs a major update. The carpets, furniture, and doors need to be replaced. This hotel was close to our event but will not stay there again. The staff was very friendly but the building was a real let down.

Clean, quiet average hotel room. Staff were great! A little outdated but still nice. Continental breakfast included toast and bagels, yogurt, orange juice and coffee. Budget friendly.

Initially i asked them if they have any room on the main floor. They denied. They said the room i booked is on the second floor only. It was not mentioned on Expedia. The room they gave me had another person in already. I put my key in to open the room door and the guy opened the door from inside .He was shocked..i was shocked at night. then they changed my room. It wasn't a pleasant stay.

Location is great. Check in was quick and easy, staff were great. Property is very dated (could use massive renovation) rooms are clean however they are very old, beds are hard, curtains need working to get them to close properly. Heater in room wasn’t the best, if you like 19-20 degrees that’s roughly the warmest it got in the room. The entire location had a slight smell of cleaning product and antique store, it wasn’t horrible just odd. All the furniture was very old/damaged. The fridge in the room worked great. For the price it was a good place, we’ll go back again.

Room had a terrible smell. Felt very uncomfortable in the room the entire time. Water pressure on the sink was not great. Bathroom floors very sticky. Breakfast had limited to no options.

There seemed to be some unsavoury people around the property but didn’t feel unsafe. The back door was left unlocked for some reason which was a bit disconcerting. The room was clean, lacking a hair dryer and coffee maker.

Check in was fast and easy. The girl at the front desk was friendly. Room was quite large. The beds were very comfy. I slept very well. The view out the window was nice. All in all a great stay. I would definitely stay again.
