The space
This is an updated 5 bed, 4.5 bath, 1 car garage townhome in Windsor at Westside, a beautiful well-manicured gated community very conveniently located to everything your vacation is looking for. Free community amenities include:

Our beautiful home has so much to offer and has been recently updated! As soon as you walk in the screened private pool area you will find a welcoming area complete with sun loungers and more outdoor seating. The pool can be heated upon request (with notice and an additional $35/day). Before you head inside you'll notice a wall of glass letting all that natural Florida sunshine into the home. Also on the patio is a half bath so you don't have to go inside when you're out at the pool!

Once inside, you will find yourself in a large great room that features the large living room and television, a dining space, and large fully equipped kitchen island with additional seating. We have included all of the necessary items in the kitchen, if we are missing something, please let us know! You'll really enjoy the coffee bar on those early Disney mornings. There is a regular coffee maker and a Keurig! We want you to be comfortable in our home and not have to think about a thing!

There are 2 bedrooms with smart TV's and Xumo (Spectrum) boxes with all the channels you'll need. There is also a large TV in the gaming loft with a PlayStation and another TV in the downstairs living room. Please enjoy the board games in the cabinet and leave them there for the next guest! You can also connect to your favorite streaming products. There is also free WiFi available to our guests. The home has plenty of space to stretch out and all the items you'll need to be totally comfortable.

Guest access
The whole property is available to you! The garage is available for additional parking, the code will be provided with your check-in instructions. There is an EV charging plug in the garage under the electrical panel (cord not included).

There are some pool toys provided in the patio closet, please help yourself and leave them for the next guest.
Other things to note
There is only street parking available for 2 vehicles and 1 in the garage. If you need more parking, please use the parking at the clubhouse (first come, first serve).
