Sleeping arrangements

- Two upstairs bedrooms each feature a king‑size bed, walk‑in closet and an en‑suite bathroom, giving adults a quiet place to rest.

- The downstairs bedroom is designed for kids, with a bunk bed that has a full‑size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top, its own walk‑in closet and a shared bathroom. The room is stocked with toys, costumes, a ball pit and an arcade game, creating a playful haven.

- The home comfortably sleeps up to seven guests.

- Three full bathrooms provide bathroom essentials and a bathtub for soothing soaks.

- A washer and free in‑unit dryer make longer stays and family travel hassle‑free.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
