HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the home trash containers daily to keep a clean home.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner has to send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.

BBQ: must be cleaned after use.

Other things to note

For your security and safety, we have cameras installed in the pool area. There are only two and totally visible. This is for your protection and our in case any accident happens.

This Rental Agreement is for the exclusive use of the Unit by Guest and his family, and the Unit may not be sublet or assigned to any third party without the express written approval of Master Vacation Homes. This Agreement is governed by and is enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action, venue is proper in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
Other things to note

POOL/SPA HEATER: Please note the pool/spa heater is optional. Can be requested for an additional fee. 24 hours in advance if possible in case of the Pool Heater. $40 per night.

SMOKING POLICY
- Not allow neither inside the house nor in the pool area.
- A $500.00 per occurrence smoking fee will be added if there is evidence of smoking.
