Amenities such as dishwasher soap, washing machine materials, trash bags, sponges, hair shampoo and conditioner, body soap, dishes detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided for FIRST TIME use. If more quantities are needed, it will be our guest's responsibility to acquire more.

**Cleaning Procedures**

Our professional laundry service is committed to performing high-temperature washes located at an industrial 5-star facility. This service is well-known in the market and is used by other major companies such as Disney World Resorts and top-ranking hotels, ensuring all linens, bed sheets, and pillowcases are bacteria-free, wrapped, sealed, and awaiting your arrival. The same standards apply to towels, pool towels (if applicable), face towels, and washcloths, all provided accordingly to the guest capacity of the home, with extra quantities to accommodate your stay.

There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays.

- **Florida Mall:** If you need a little break from all the amusement parks, step out for a day of shopping at the Florida Mall, with plenty of shopping opportunities at stores such as American Girl, the Crayola Experience, Zara, Mayors & more. Plus, there are several great restaurants as well.
- **The Hideaway Club at Storey Lake:** Enjoy cool blue water in the lazy river or enjoy sliding down one of two water slides available. The resort pool has a splash area great for kids! Hideaway Club has a tiki-bar with a delicious food and drink menu. Want a treat? An Ice Cream parlor is available poolside. Also, available activities are Kayak rentals, an arcade game room, and a fitness center to work up a sweat. The possibilities are endless!
- **Universal Studios:** If you have not yet had your fill of amusement parks, head over to Universal Studios for another fun-filled day of roller coasters!
