With 5 bedrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to rest and recharge. The master suite features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower. The bedrooms are a real treat, decorated with fun Disney characters and themes that the kids will love.

For even more fun, the community pool is just a short walk away, and features 8000 sq. ft. club house which includes complimentary arcade room, fitness center, Tu Casa Bar & Lounge and full-service restaurant. Please note that effective August 1, 2025, the community will allow up to three vehicles per reservation for this property. A fee of $20 per vehicle will be collected at the gate upon arrival.

At Elevated Stays, we genuinely strive to create a unique experience for our guests. That comes with dedicated hospitality from a local crew who settles for nothing less than an unforgettable trip. If you wish to use the onsite BBQ grill we charge a one-time $40 (plus tax) fee to use throughout your stay, which covers gas and cleaning of the grill. The booking includes access and use of the pool and spa facilities. Heating for both pool and spa is optional and should be added to the reservation 2 days before arrival. The fee is $40 per day plus tax and should be availed for the whole duration of the stay. Please note that the effectiveness of the heating is limited when the temperature is 50°F and below.

The property management company requires a $500 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on your credit card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected. The management company has to right to cancel your booking at any time should they not receive the security deposit authorization. Please refer to our legal agreement for more details, which should be signed upon booking.

We are not equipped like a hotel, and we do not provide a linen service during your stay, although we do provide a few initial starter supplies such as (5) dishwashing pods, (5) laundry pods, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) paper towel, (1) sponge, (1) cleaning spray, (5) trash bags, hand soap, dawn dish soap, coffee/creamer/sugar, vegetable oil/salt & pepper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies during their stay.

Once booked, you must notify us within 24 hours of the booking to qualify for the free night. The free night is offered on a weekday (Mon-Thurs) and will be adjusted from the lowest valuable night, excluding taxes.
