Deze nieuwe luxe villa met 4 slaapkamers bevindt zich op Emerald Island, dat wordt beschouwd als een van de beste gated communities van het gebied. Omgeven door beschermd natuurgebied van beschermde wetlands en bossen, is Emerald Island een droomeiland temidden van een zee van weelderige vegetatie .... minuten van Walt Disney World !!!

Een kronkelende met palmen omzoomde ingang leidt u naar onze villa voor maximaal 8 personen en is volledig uitgerust om uw vakantie ontspannen en plezierig te maken.

Master Suite
Deze smaakvol ingerichte slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, 32-inch lcd-tv en kijkt uit op en leidt rechtstreeks naar het zwembad en de spa. De en-suite badkamer is ruim met een inloopdouche, groot bad, marmeren wastafel en inloopkast.

2e slaapkamer
Deze gezellige kamer heeft een queensize bed, een tv / dvd-combinatie en een eigen badkamer.

De slaapkamer van deze jongen vangt de magie van Disney. De kamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden, tv / dvd-combinatie, kinderboeken en bordspellen.

Deze prachtig ingerichte kamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed met een badkamer ernaast. De elegante woonkamer en eetkamer zijn ingericht en uitgerust voor de meer formele gelegenheden.

Een open concept keuken, ontbijtruimte en familiekamer biedt alle gemakken van thuis. De familiekamer met uitzicht op het zwembad en het dek omvat een 42-inch High Definition-tv, dvd-speler, Home Theatre-systeem en XBOX met games.

Deze villa heeft een eigen verwarmd zwembad op het zuiden, een spa en opgewaardeerd terrasmeubilair.

Great neighborhood near parks

Description states it’s a new villa, it’s not. Great neighborhood and proximity to parks. Great floor plan. Owner has done some upgrades that are nice. There are signs of upkeep that need attention. Housekeeping did a nice job. Paid for pool heat to find out that it runs 10-6 (when we’re at the parks)(it has no cover) it was too cold for most of us.

We really enjoyed the house! This is our second time staying at this vacation home & they really upgraded the home since the last time we stayed. It was really nice to be close to Disney & in a gated area with security!! It is the perfect home if after a long day at the amusement parks you want to just lay your head on a pillow & relax! Also the owners were excellent to work with! Thank You for allowing us to rent your vacation home!

beautiful home and close to ammenities

Right from the beginning I was confident about booking this house. Any questions I had were always replied to promptly and the house was as pictured - clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the community and felt safe. Orlando is huge and hard to navigate but Emerald Island is close to Disney and grocery stores. We had the pool heated because we came in Feb and wish we could have used it more! but we were so busy it was not used as hoped. We had a great week and would book here again!

Great stay

Had a great time with family and friends. Clean property. Great pool and jacuzzi. Kids had a wonderful time in there. Only downside was not enough soap/handwash in the kitchen or bathrooms, no salt/pepper and basic cooking condiments and not enough washing pods as we were 2 families traveling and we wouldn't think of carrying salt and pepper with us. Apart from that, it was a brilliant stay.

The house has some issues like dirty furniture and outdated curtians with broken blinds. The pool table was in a hot room and the table wasn't balanced. It has cardboard unde the legs. This was a big disappointment for me and my family. The email wasn't sent with the code or the instruction for the house. I will not rent this property again . It took use 2 hours to reach someone to get into the house.

Hidden fees, roaches and rats

The house at a glance has some updated furniture, however the kitchen is not fully equipped, not enough linens, under amenities it states BBQ only to have a $50 charge for use the day I signed the rental agreement which was sent 24 hrs before check-in not 48 hrs as stated in emails. There were live roaches coming out of the stove when I put in a pizza in the oven and the worse part while relaxing by the pool that we didn’t use a HUGE rat ran across the pavement beneath the patio table-awful. I travel to Florida often and always leave a great review-this home was dirty, smelled musty had roaches, rats and you get charged by the Emerakd Island Resort for parking-plus you are only allowed 6 visitors per day! if you plan to have an amazing time in Florida do not rent this house and please also think about staying at this resort-awful!!!

Very worn and lacking homey feel

We found the home well worn with both sets of couches extremely uncomfortable and dirty. Most of the dishes were chipped and we had to by plastic teaspoons (as there weren’t any along with buying a spatula, measuring cups, and baking sheet. The air ducts were filthy and blowing dirt all around. It took 2 weeks to get this problem addresses (our stay was 2 mo). The technician noted there were no filters in the system and the dirt went everywhere. The resort itself is lovely. The home has a nice southern exposure but pool furniture was broken leaving only one lounge. The owner was nice and did have 2 new lounges sent I would strongly recommend updated pictures be posted.

Master bathroom shower does not drain properly. It becomes a deep puddle while standing for a shower. Ceiling fans are needed, especially in the bathroom. Poor information was provided for recycling and trash protocol. Directions on the garage wall for recycling are not the same as in the email info received about the protocol. Master bathroom left hand sink drain is plugged. Lack of basic items in the kitchen , no sponge, no dish detergent. No clothes washing soap was available to begin cleaning your sheets. Dryer “on button “ works poorly Overall, we were disappointed.

From the time I first inquired about the property, the hosts were so quick to respond and answer any question. Everything was exactly as listed and so clean. We were so very happy with our stay and would absolutely book again if back in the area.
