Welkom in ons prachtige vakantiehuis, gelegen in de prestigieuze gated community van Terra Verde www. terraverderesort. net / video. html. De perfecte locatie voor uw vakantie in Orlando. Ik heb mijn hart en ziel in deze Villa gestoken, moet ik meerdere keren per jaar van deze villa genieten met mijn geliefden. U zult verschil zien voor andere villa's die degelijk verhuurd zijn. Als u op zoek bent naar het perfecte vakantiehuis, hebt u het gevonden, waar u herinneringen creëert die een leven lang meegaan.

Grote 6 slaapkamers 4. 5 badkamers 2 grote slaapkamers alle kamers hebben gloednieuwe smart-tv's, een verwarmd privézwembad en een plekje LET OP SPOT NIET EEN HOT TUB met een veiligheidshek om de lenden te beschermen, u kunt op elk gewenst moment na een lange tijd genieten van het zwembad dag in de parken of gewoon het verkennen van alles wat Orlando te bieden heeft. Volledig uitgeruste keuken met gloednieuwe apparaten waar u een familiemaaltijd kunt bereiden. Wasmachine en droger voor uw gemak. Let op: zwembadverwarming is beschikbaar voor een toeslag van $ 30. 00 per nacht minimaal 4 nachten.

Ik begrijp dat reizen niet gemakkelijk is, vooral als je met kinderen en grote groepen reist en niet altijd gaat zoals we van plan zijn. Ik zal toiletartikelen bieden om je op weg te helpen tijdens je vakantie, een rol keukenpapier, toiletpapier in elke badkamer, 1 vuilniszakken, badzeep, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Van de gasten wordt verwacht dat zij tijdens hun verblijf hun eigen benodigdheden kopen.
Zwembadverwarming wordt aanbevolen voor gebruik van november tot maart. Let op: zwembadverwarming is beschikbaar voor een toeslag van $ 30. 00 per nacht minimaal 4 nachten. The warmth of the pool and Spa is what put the icing on the cake for us! It was mid January when we traveled to FL and the weather got as low as 35 degrees at night. But, that didn't deter us from getting into the pool and spa. They both worked perfectly well and stayed very warm (Spa-was hot). The house was clean, bedding was comfortable, and the kitchen supplied us with everything we needed. The owner always kept in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed so we could feel at home. The location of the property was quiet, near Disney, UNiversal, food, and grocery stores. NO complaints here! I would definitely reccommend staying here for short and/or long term stays.

One of the best home in Terra Verde! This home is fantastic for families or a group and its nicely updated. Beautiful and well equipped kitchen, great WiFi service, and the swimming pool was amazing. Junior is outstanding! great communication, pleasant and very helpful! Highly recommended!

Gorgeous home and a beautiful neighborhood. We had tons of room in this home and it was perfect for our girls trip to the Premiere Orlando Hair Show! We loved coming home tired and enjoying the pool and hot tub. The pool table and arcade was also a hit for the girls! The host was very accommodating and answered all of our questions and concerns. It was also a very safe neighborhood for a all girls trip.

Beautiful and spacious home!

We had a wonderful experience and the house was perfect for our family’s needs. Junior and the owners were very responsive, provided helpful communication and made our stay very easy. We had 6 adults and 3 children ranging in age from 3 to 69. The house provided enough space for all of us to relax and to be comfortable sharing the space. We all enjoyed the pool, game room and resort amenities. The house was clean and conveniently located to the parks, shopping and dinning. My only suggestion is to provide more supplies for your guests. For example, there was only one large bowl and no Pyrex/covered containers. It was challenging when preparing meals. I also wouldn’t mind paying more to have hand soap, dish washing detergent, toilet paper, laundry detergent and other paper supplies. We had to run to the store multiple times. As a traveler, I would have gladly paid to have this included in the cost of the stay versus having to go purchase it all. It would help to make traveling feel more relaxing.

We stayed this time last year as well which is why we booked. The property has not been kept up well. The microwave didn’t work and the carpet was dirty. The real problem was the couches which were so broken and caved in we could not use them in the living room the whole week.

Great place. Exactly as mentioned in description. We had a little issue (completely random..could not have been prevented) when we arrived however it was solved asap and the property manager was fast and efficient. Made our trip an adventure lol. Overall, house was great. Kids loved it. We will rent again when we go back. Clubhouse pool was great too. They also have a tiki bar which was a plus.

Amazing property

Me and my family just spent a week vacation at this beautiful home. When we made it to the home the property was really hot which the owner was very quick with responding and giving me full control over the thermostat and that instant fixed the problem. Only problem is the table by the pool area is to big to be out there and the umbrella on it was broken so it wasn’t no help when it came to blocking the sun but besides that the home is beautiful and the host was very nice and informative I would definitely recommend to anyone who is traveling with a big family!!

Disney Family Reunion

Excellent vacation home for a small family get together. The Disney parks are about a 20-minute drive with traffic. We did use the toll roads to get back and forth so this could have shortened our times. The pool was fairly warm without the heater, it was late June, so I expected that. The hot tub portion of the pool does not get hot without the pool heater being on which does cost extra a night. We didn't really use it to much though because our focus was the parks. The AC in the home will not go below 72 which was fine during the days however the nights got hot on the 2nd floor. The first floor was manageable at night but the 72 limit is still a little warmer than our family is used to in a refrigerated home. Otherwise, the amenities were great, with an electric kettle and both a pot and Keurig type coffee maker all our needs were met. The younger kids loved playing in the game room for hours while the adults took a break and watched TV at night. This was my first time staying off of Disney property and I was happy with what we got. The neighborhood around the house is actually fairly nice and the clubhouse offered other amenities that we didn't get to try during our stay but would have been fun if we werent in the parks during the day.

The beautifully remolded open concept kitchen and tv area proved to be the best place in the house to hangout. I would definitely refer anyone looking for a great house close to Orlando without the chaos to book this one.

We ended up at last minute, needing an early check in, due to weather. We contacted the host around 10pm/11pm while we were on the road. He responded so very quickly and had everything ready for us to check in at 4:30 am. I was so impressed with his urgent help and the house was so nice to come into and rest that early. The home was very clean and the pool was so loved by the fam and kiddos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially since we got to stay longer than planned. The neighborhood was great and we walked to the park and lake and saw ducks. It was the talk of the trip. Even though this was our stay before our Disney Cruise, the family talked more about the relaxation and comfort of the home than the cruise and wants to book again when we go on another Disney cruise soon. Great stay

The property was close to theme parks. The heated pool was awesome. The property manager was very responsive. Will be visiting again in the future.

Perfect place

This was the perfect place for our 3 families. The kids and the adults loved the pool, and the giant kitchen island where all our meals and snacks were made. Walmart around the corner for all your needs. Disney, old town, outlet malls all short drives can’t wait to go back.

Great place to stay

Home was lovely, very clean and well kept up. Resort was great. Junior helped us with EVERYTHING we needed and checked in on us several times.
