All was good. A couple of things-there were many light switches that did not do anything. We could not find the switch to turn the pool and hot tub lights on. Maybe putting a sticker on the switch plate to say where it goes to. Fire control panel was unplugged. No lights on the detectors. This was brought up to maintenance. Host responded to concern. Great house! Kids loved it!

The house was amazing, and very convenient for a family vacation of 14. The only recommendation is that there should be ceiling fans in the bedrooms they can get hot at night. But overall I would definitely book again and stay at the same house.

Did not deliver expectations.

House is nice. Well stocked and furnished. Mattresses were all hard/very firm. Pillows also are very firm. Game room looks nice, but the pool table surface is made of wood so it is warped. Balls do not roll straight, so impossible to really play pool. Shuffleboard looks great, but they do not provide saw dust. Also, impossible to play that game. We asked three times for the sawdust, and they acted like they didn’t know what that was. The worst part was the construction site immediately next door. From 7am throughout the entire day they are building a 5+ story project with all sorts of workers, machinery, and other disturbances. Do not plan to sleep in. We wish they had disclosed that on the listing. We never would have rented there. Lesson learned.

Great property Great location

The house was beautiful the kids loved the decor in the rooms. It was stated several times that the house looked better in person than the pictures provided online. Lots of space. Very close to the parks and restaurants. The only complaints would be that the grill and jacuzzi to be heated were additional costs. Otherwise would definitely book again.

Excellent Home

Home, amenities were excellent. Only disappointing part was the extra fee etc for BBQ This needs to be included in booking. When you pay top dollar for a rental it’s ridiculous to have a lock on the BBQ.
