1- Initial Supplies Provided:

Bathrooms: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers per bathroom.

Kitchen: 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher soap pods, and 1 paper towel roll.

Laundry Room: 2 laundry detergent pods.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS due to hygiene reasons.

For stays longer than 2 days, we recommend purchasing additional cleaning and personal care items at Walmart.

2- Linens and Towels:

Bath towels and hand towels are provided for the maximum number of guests the house accommodates.

All beds are made with sheets, duvets, and pillows.

We do not replace linens or towels during your stay. A washing machine and dryer are available for guest use.

3- Crib Requests:

If you need a crib, please request it at least 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

4- Propane Grill Rules:

A fixed fee of $65.00 applies for the entire stay to cover post-checkout cleaning and propane replacement.

5- Package Deliveries (Online Purchases):

Packages can be delivered to the home during your stay and will be left at the doorstep.

USPS deliveries are not accepted as vacation homes are not recognized as regular addresses. Use UPS, DHL, or FEDEX for successful deliveries.

6- Lost Items:

We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout. Please double-check all belongings before leaving.

7- Online Purchases:

We are not responsible for issues with online purchases or shipping problems.

8- Late Check-In (After 11:00 PM):

Guests must contact us in advance to arrange late check-in.

9- Housekeeping:

Daily housekeeping is not included. The unit is professionally cleaned before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.

10- Trash Disposal:

Please dispose of trash in the resort dumpster daily to maintain cleanliness.

11- Jacuzzi Rules (if applicable):

No additional fees are charged for jacuzzi use. However, if it malfunctions during your stay, no refunds will be issued. Do not add any products to the water; a $150 fine will apply for violations.

12- Furniture and Decor:

Do not move or remove furniture or decorative items without prior permission. A fine may apply for violations.

The condominium has a gate-coded entrance to have better control of its visitors and to provide a peaceful stay. This community also has its own leisure amenities such as a pool, gym, and other facilities; however, there is a daily fee of $100 + 6,5% txs to have access to the clubhouse and its facilities. On the other hand, there is a restaurant inside the clubhouse to which no fee is required to have access
